These Terms & Conditions explain how we work and what you can expect when you engage Wild Bloom Design Landscaping Ltd (“we”, “us”, or “our”). They are here to protect both you and us and to ensure that projects run smoothly from start to finish. By instructing us to carry out work, you agree to these terms.
1. Our Services
We provide garden design and landscaping services as agreed in writing with you. All work will be carried out with reasonable skill and care, in line with industry standards. Any descriptions, drawings, or examples provided are intended as guidance and may vary slightly in the final result due to natural materials and site conditions.
2. Quotations and Pricing
All quotations are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. Prices are based on the information available at the time of quotation. If additional work is required due to changes, unforeseen ground conditions, or client requests, we will discuss this with you before proceeding and may issue a revised quote.
3. Payments
Payment terms will be clearly outlined in your quotation or invoice. Payments must be made by the agreed dates. Late payments may delay ongoing or future work. Ownership of supplied materials remains with us until payment is received in full.
4. Changes and Cancellations
We understand that plans can change. Any requested changes to agreed work should be discussed as early as possible. If a project is cancelled after work has begun or materials have been ordered, reasonable costs may still be payable to cover time, labour, or materials already committed.
5. Access and Site Conditions
You agree to provide safe and reasonable access to the site for the duration of the work. While we take care to minimise disruption, landscaping work can be affected by weather, ground conditions, and access restrictions, which may impact timescales.
6. Natural Materials and Living Plants
Gardens are living environments. Variations in colour, growth, and appearance of plants and natural materials are normal and expected. We cannot guarantee plant establishment where conditions outside our control affect growth, including weather, soil conditions, pests, or aftercare.
7. Liability
We will take all reasonable care while working on your property. Our liability is limited to the value of the work carried out. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, such as loss of use or enjoyment beyond the scope of the agreed work.
8. Warranty and Maintenance
Any guarantees provided will be outlined in writing. Ongoing maintenance, unless specifically agreed, is not included and is the responsibility of the client once the project is complete.
9. Photographs and Marketing
With your permission, we may take photographs of completed work for our portfolio or website. We will never share identifiable personal details without consent.
10. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be handled under this jurisdiction.
